Our first goal for the\u00a0NeoPReGo <\/b>was reached a few weeks ago, when we formalized our statute and founded the organization.<\/div>\n
We\u00a0already have logistical and material support in on of our field sites (RPPN Rio do Brasil<\/a>), where we have radio-collar, field assistants, and transportation for researchers. \u00a0However, we lack one piece of equipment to go on with our first phase of the project. The equipment missing are capture\u00a0cages to get the monkeys to install the radio collars and get biological\u00a0samples. The radio collar will help us to locate and follow the monkeys in the forest.<\/div>\n
We also need to formally register our NGO, to be recognized by the government. This is necessary to allow us to have formal arrangements with government and private sectors.\u00a0However, in Brazil, this is a very bureaucratic and expensive process.<\/div>\n
For those reasons we opened a crowdfunding to get donations to the official register of the NGO and to buy the contention cages we need to our field work. Please, help us if you can!<\/div>\n

Nossa primeira meta para a\u00a0NeoPReGo<\/b>\u00a0foi atingida algumas semanas atr\u00e1s, quando formalizamos o nosso estatuto e fundamos a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/div>\n
J\u00e1 contamos com apoio log\u00edstico e material em um dos nossos campo (RPPN Rio do Brasil<\/a>), onde temos r\u00e1dio colar (equipamento caro e importado), assistentes de campo, passagens a\u00e9reas e di\u00e1rias para os pesquisadores. Entretanto, falta um \u00faltimo equipamento para dar andamento na primeira fase do nosso projeto atual nesse local. O equipamento em quest\u00e3o s\u00e3o\u00a0as gaiolas de conten\u00e7\u00e3o para capturar os macacos com seguran\u00e7a para coloca\u00e7\u00e3o do radio-colar e coleta amostras biol\u00f3gicas. O r\u00e1dio colar nos ajudar\u00e1 a localiz\u00e1-los na mata e assim podermos acompanh\u00e1-los e descobrirmos um pouco mais sobre esses interessantes animais.<\/div>\n
Al\u00e9m disso, tamb\u00e9m precisamos registrar formalmente a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o para obtermos o CNPJ. Isso \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio para que possamos fazer contratos formais. No entanto, esse processo burocr\u00e1ticos tem custos (advogado, cart\u00f3rio, etc).<\/div>\n
Por esses dois motivos estamos fazendo uma arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o no site Vakinha, e pedimos a sua ajuda em mais esses importantes desafios da nossa caminhada.<\/div>\n
